Apple Pie Smoothie
Adapted From: Whole Foods Market
Makes 1 Serving
Stars of the Show:
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 2 packets cinnamon spice oatmeal or 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
