Sauteed Spinach with Bacon and Garlic

Makes 4 Servings
Stars of the Show:
- 2 bunches fresh spinach, trimmed
- 4 slices bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Cook bacon in a nonstick skillet until desired crispness. Add the spinach to the skillet with the garlic, salt and pepper and toss until wilted. Enjoy!
